Inez areas of expertise cover corporate law, cross-border M&A transactions, capital market, private equity and venture capital investment. Specialist areas of practice also include cryptocurrenices, blockchain, and distributed ledger technologies. Before she joined Kálmán és Társai Ügyvédi Iroda, she has worked as an associate with a financial services law firm in Malta where she advised collective investment schemes and investment services licence holders. She also gained experience in the Budapest office of a Silicon Valley-based American law firm in the formation and structuring of companies and in the launching process of European companies in the United States.

She obtained J.D. at the Faculty of Law of the University of Szeged and Law Master’s Degree at the Faculty of Law of the Jean Moulin Lyon III University in France. Inez also holds a Master’s Degree of translation and interpreting in French and in English from the Faculty of Modern Philology and Social Sciences of the University of Pannonia.
