Krisztina is a founding partner and the managing partner of the law firm.

In the course of her almost 20 years of legal career, she has gained outstanding expertise and practical experience in a wide range of civil and economic law areas, including corporate law, real estate law, employment law and trusts, as well as litigation in these areas. Her main areas of expertise are trusts and corporate structuring.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Pázmány Péter Catholic University, and later obtained a degree in European Law in English. She has subsequently trained to become a legal specialist in real estate law and is also a qualified tax consultant. She worked as a legal advisor for business organizations and then for a public administration body. She worked as a junior associate and later, from 2008 she worked with Dr. János Kálmán. She has gained significant legal expertise and experience in a wide range of business law areas, both in Hungarian and foreign business transactions and disputes with his mentoring. At the beginning of 2018, together with several colleagues, she founded Kálmán & Partners Law Firm, of which she has been a member and managing partner ever since, where she also represents clients in her areas of expertise in litigation and general civil law.
