Bence is a founding partner of the firm.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Lóránd University in 2004. He started his career in 2004 at Kálmán, Szilasi, Sárközy & Partners Law Firm, where he worked first as a junior associate, then as an attorney, and from 2008 as a partner until 2018, when he founded Kálmán & Partners Law Firm with János and his current colleagues, of which he has been a founding partner ever since.

Over the past almost 20 years, Bence has gained a remarkably high degree of professional knowledge and experience in real estate law, several fields of corporate law, and also in domestic and foreign transactions in banking and financial areas. His main areas of expertise include full support of real estate development projects, structuring and implementation of greenfield energy projects, M&A transactions and related due diligence procedures.

Bence has native proficiency skills in English and German.
